Strategy Education work closely with a Secondary School based in Lewisham who are requiring Cover Teachers and Cover Supervisors to cover daily and short term contracts.Daily Supply offers flexibility to work when you want to work - so it''s perfect if you don''t want full time commitments, or if you want to work in a variety of schools each week.QTS or QTLS is desired but not essential.Requirements

Candidates must;Have a passion for educating childrenUnderstand the need for flexibility and adaptabilityHave excellent classroom management skillsInterested and enjoy being in a school environmentResponsibilities

Supervising work that has been setManaging the behaviour of pupilsResponding to questions from pupilsAssisting pupils to undertake activities setCollecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacherReporting back as appropriate using the agreed referral procedures within the schoolStrategy Education can offer flexible working to suit your travel and location needs, dedicated consultants who work to meet your employment requirements and are available 24/7!Safeguarding and checks
