What You''ll Do: Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Create a positive and productive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Ensure students remain engaged and make progress during lessons Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments Provide feedback to teaching staff where required What We''re Looking For: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Strong communication and organisational skills A flexible, reliable, and professional approach Why Winner Education?
