Supply Teacher
Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply work in Birmingham?
Winner Education are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis in a welcoming primary school in the Kingstanding (B44) area. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
The successful candidate must:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
• Be confident delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be able to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
• Build positive relationships with staff and pupils
• Be reliable, professional and passionate about education
Roles and responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
• Support pupils'' learning and engagement throughout the school day
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Provide feedback to school staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour where required
