Supply Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to join our agency to work across Sandwell Primary Schools working in areas such as Smethwick, West Bromwich and Oldbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in a variety of primary school settings.Responsibilities:Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schoolsManage behaviour and create a positive learning environmentDeliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student populationDifferentiate your lessons to meet a range of learners in their styles of learning and ability levelWork collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentRecent experience teaching in UK primary schoolsStrong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessonsAbility to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviourExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe are looking for a flexible and adaptable teacher who is available for both short- and long-term assignments.
