Our partner schools require teachers who can step into different classrooms, establish positive relationships quickly and provide high-quality teaching with minimal preparation. You may be asked to cover different year groups, so this is an opportunity to use your experience across the primary phase.

Whether you are an experienced teacher, recently qualified or returning to the classroom, we can discuss the types of assignments that are most suitable for you.

During each placement, you will be responsible for maintaining a purposeful classroom and ensuring pupils continue with their learning. Schools may provide lesson plans and resources, allowing you to concentrate on delivery, pupil engagement and behaviour management.

You should be confident following school routines and adapting quickly to new surroundings. Being approachable, dependable and able to communicate effectively with staff will be particularly important.

We are looking for teachers with:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Recent primary teaching experience
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confident classroom management
• A calm and adaptable approach
• A genuine commitment to supporting children''s learning
