We are looking for Cover Supervisors, Supply Teachers and experienced education professionals to support schools with their ongoing daily and short-term cover requirements.

You don''t need to be a qualified teacher to apply. If you have experience working with children or young people and feel confident leading a classroom, we''d be interested in speaking with you.

As a Cover Supervisor or Supply Teacher, you''ll provide general classroom cover across Future Schools Trust schools.

For daily and short-term assignments, lessons will normally be pre-planned and ready for you to deliver, meaning there is no requirement for you to plan lessons or take marking home.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Delivering the work provided by the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour
• Supporting pupils with their learning
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Creating a positive learning environment

We''re not a traditional agency.

As the Managed Service Provider for Future Schools Trust, we work directly with the Trust to manage its supply requirements. This means you''ll have exclusive access to vacancies that other agencies don''t have access to.
