About the Role:
We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across schools in Milton Keynes Whether you prefer day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term roles, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience and make a difference in local schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different groups of pupils.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in different schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for education and supporting young people.
