The RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary and SEN settings, supporting pupils and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment. You may be asked to: Deliver lessons and follow existing lesson plans.Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently.Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.Adapt your approach to meet individual pupil needs.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and school leaders.Provide continuity and stability for pupils during staff absence.Support the wider life of the school where required.
