As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment that supports student achievement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Teaching your specialist subject or providing general classroom cover when required.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and productive learning environment.
• Managing behaviour in line with each school''s behaviour policy.
• Encouraging student engagement and promoting high expectations.
• Assessing learning where required and providing clear feedback to teaching staff.
• Building positive relationships with students, colleagues and school leaders.
• Following safeguarding, child protection and school policies at all times.

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of secondary schools, including:

We are seeking teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Are confident delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Are flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to new school environments.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
