As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared plans or adapt teaching where required.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
• Leave clear feedback for the class teacher following each assignment.

We welcome applications from teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
• Are confident, flexible, and able to adapt to different school settings.
• Have a genuine passion for education and supporting pupil progress.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one through Simply Education.
