Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons from the school''s plans, maintain positive classroom routines and make sure pupils remain engaged throughout the day.

• Teach confidently across your preferred primary year groups
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, policies and pupil needs
• Manage behaviour calmly and consistently
• Provide clear feedback and a useful handover to school staff
• Safeguard pupils and follow each school''s procedures

Requirements for a Supply Teacher:

A successful Supply Teacher will hold UK QTS, communicate confidently and be comfortable entering new school environments. You should be reliable, organised and able to build rapport with pupils quickly. An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to complete a new check, is required.
