The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive. Depending on the school and year group, your responsibilities may include: Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with mixed abilities. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback. Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils. Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and other teachers. Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
