The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Depending on the school and year group, your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with mixed abilities.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and other teachers.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Promoting high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
