Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour. Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting). Strong classroom management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms. A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
