The role also involves managing classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining professional standards, and supporting pupils to remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.What We re Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS, although ECTs are welcome to apply. Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to lead a class are essential.
