TailorEDucation is currently seeking motivated and dependable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across the Sittingbourne area. This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety or are looking to secure more regular work within local schools.

The Role:

  • Cover lessons across KS3 and KS4 using pre-prepared materials

  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

  • Take on flexible assignments, with opportunities for longer-term placements

About You:

  • QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Experience working within UK secondary schools

  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

  • A flexible and professional approach to teaching
