Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher

Salary: -140180 per day, depending on experience and role
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, temporary, temp-perm, long term supply
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across our vibrant and dynamic secondary schools across Hampshire. The successful candidates will inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for your chosen secondary subject and promoting high standards of achievement. This role offers the opportunity to be flexible, experience different educational settings and make a difference to the students you work with. Roles are to start ASAP on a daily supply basis or longer-term roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners, using set lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student''s work in line with the curriculum, if on a long-term contract.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events when required.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in a secondary subject discipline.
- Proven experience teaching at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
