About the Role – Supply Teaching

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, structured lessons across KS3, KS4, and where applicable, KS5
• Maintain continuity of learning in the absence of permanent teaching staff
• Adapt to new classrooms and student groups with confidence and professionalism
• Enjoy full flexibility, choosing assignments that fit your schedule and preferences

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking qualified teachers who:

• Hold PGCE with QTS or QTLS enabling you to teach in UK secondary schools
• Can build strong, positive relationships with secondary school students
• Are motivated to make a real impact on pupil progress
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and outstanding teaching practice
• Prioritise student learning and wellbeing
• Are enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and driven
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Are willing to travel to schools across The Wirral and surrounding areas

Essential Requirements

• PGCE with QTS or QTLS
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience advantageous)
• DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to travel to local schools
