Academics are an expert specialist education recruitment agency are hiring for a supply teacher to work on a temporary ongoing basis in Doncaster and surrounding areas. Supply teaching is perfect for someone who is passionate about teaching, but needs their work to fit around life commitments.

Position: Supply Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: -140 - -195 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP (can be flexible)

About the role:

This is a general supply teacher role where you will deliver engaging lessons across secondary schools in Doncaster.

The role is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are looking for flexible, ongoing, temporary supply teacher work and a passion for a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Engaging lessons accross KS3 & KS4

- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines

- Support pupils progress and learning

- Follow school planning and curriculum expectations

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous teaching experience, or relevant secondary teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for education and training
