Supply Planning Manager

We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to lead the supply planning process, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, cost, and service levels. The role will work closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, suppliers, and co-manufacturing partners to translate demand into executable supply plans, proactively manage constraints, and ensure a reliable and resilient supply network.Client DetailsFast-growing brand in the Food/FMCG industry in London.DescriptionOwn the end-to-end supply and production planning process, translating demand forecasts into accurate and executable supply plans.Lead capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks, constraints, and future capacity requirements across internal and external manufacturing.Manage and coordinate production plans with suppliers and co-manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment on capacity, lead times, production schedules, and inventory requirements.Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.Balance service levels, inventory, working capital, capacity, and cost when making supply decisions.Work closely with Procurement and Operations to manage supplier performance, supply constraints, and production disruptions.Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Operations as part of the SandOP / planning process, clearly communicating risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and ..... full job details .....
