Job Title: Supply Planning and Procurement Manager Location: Warminster - Hybrid - 3 days a week Package: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension 6% Contribution, Wellbeing and Support Workshops, Holidays 25 Days + Stats Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday - Flexible on start and finish times About the Role You will lead our end-to-end supply planning and procurement activities in this pivotal role with responsibility for ensuring the optimal availability of raw materials while balancing service levels, cost, waste, and working capital. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and NPD teams, aligning supply plans with business demand, building strong supplier partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business performance through strategic planning, supplier management, and data-led decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and manage supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and production schedules. Ensure the timely availability of raw materials to meet customer and operational requirements.
