Supply Chain Quality SpecialistFilton, Bristol Up to 40/hr Umbrella ( 29.89/hr PAYE)Contract to December 2026 (extension possible)INSIDE IR355 Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Specialist to support supplier quality improvement, APQP deployment and new product introduction activities across a complex supply chain. Key ResponsibilitiesLead APQP activities for new product introductions, major modifications and transfer of work projects.Drive supplier quality improvement and support the development of supplier capability.Coach quality teams on problem-solving methodologies and quality best practices.Support the resolution of complex supplier quality and delivery issues. About YouStrong background in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality or Supply Chain Quality.Proven APQP experience and knowledge of transfer of work activities.Experience using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why and Ishikawa.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Able to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
