This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone confident working across a complex supply chain environment, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.The role is quality-led rather than pure supply chain, with significant exposure to suppliers and operational delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesAPQP and New Product IntroductionLead APQP deployment across New Product Introduction, Major Modifications and Transfers of WorkEnsure industrial maturity across end-to-end processesAct as APQP lead for product changes across Structures, Systems and Fuel EquipmentSupplier Quality and DevelopmentCoach and upskill the Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) communitySupport suppliers through continuous improvement and Supplier Business Improvement PlansAct as focal point for supplier APQP self-assessments and improvement actionsQuality Tools and MethodologiesDrive standardisation of quality tools and ways of workingFacilitate and support robust problem-solving using ..... full job details .....
