Programme Manager - Supply Chain- Belfast / Hybrid Working- £51,500 per annum- 36 hours per week- Interim ContractVANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading employer in the Belfast area with the recruitment of a Supply Chain Programme Manager to join their team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of its sector, supporting the successful delivery of high-value and complex programmes across a global supply chain network.The Role:As Programme Manager, you will take responsibility for supplier performance, programme delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external suppliers, you will ensure effective controls, planning, and successful project outcomes. You will lead and coach a team of support staff, managing performance and driving delivery through effective leadership and governance.Key Responsibilities:Programme management across all phases of supply chain operationsManaging planning, schedule adherence, and business control processesActing as the main point of contact for external suppliers and customersLeading and coaching a small programme support teamDeveloping and maintaining management information systems and reporting metricsSupporting cross-site work transfer activity in collaboration with other programme teams

The Ideal Candidate:A degree in engineering or business with a minimum of 5 years'' relevant programme or operational experienceORAn HNC in engineering or business with a minimum of 8 years'' relevant experienceProven track record working in aerospace, manufacturing or engineering sectorsConfident in stakeholder engagement at senior level and experienced in supplier/customer interfacesStrong leadership, motivational and team management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive progress in a complex, fast-moving environment
