Key Responsibilities: Leading the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization focusing on the full SIOP horizon, including execution (0-36 months). Managing a team of Network Schedulers responsible for a value stream in the 0-3 months window and collaborating with Buyers, Material Planners, and Order Managers. Balancing demand and supply for the value stream, managing constraints, allocation, prioritisation rules and critical exceptions in the mid-term. Creating the consensus supply plan to meet demand on-time and in-full, balancing FG inventory and capacity.
