Supply Chain Planning Manager - International Distributor/Wholesale Environment Salary: 50,000- 65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Location: Kent (Hybrid Working 3 days in the office) The Context This is an opportunity to step into a supply chain planning role within a business that has recently undergone significant operational transformation and is now entering a phase of optimisation and performance improvement. Operating within a complex international supply chain, the organisation sources the majority of its products from the Far East, working with extended lead times of approximately six months and managing a portfolio of around 1,000 SKUs. The planning environment is therefore not about short-cycle reaction-it is about making informed, data-driven decisions today that will impact performance months down the line. Systems are in place, including ERP and demand planning tools, and the foundations of a more structured planning model have been established. The focus now is on improving accuracy, refining processes, and strengthening decision-making capability across the business.
