About the role: To ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and effective coordination across internal departments and the supply chain. The role is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, resolving queries, and supporting operational efficiency through clear communication and reporting. Key Accountabilities of the role What I do IT (The below is not exhaustive) Accurately raise and manage manual sales orders, including any amendments or updates. Communicate order details and changes effectively to Production, Transport, and other relevant departments. Monitor orders through the supply chain, ensuring timely progress and resolution of any issues. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, complaints, shortages, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Provide administrative support to Supply Chain Planners and the wider team. Produce and share service level reports and performance data with stakeholders as required.
