Overview

I am exclusively partnering with a global and leading brand within the consumer good industry who are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Planner to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned brand, managing end-to-end supply chain processes. The role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery, optimized inventory levels, and efficient collaboration with both internal teams and 3PL partners.Responsibilities

Manage the

total supply chain process , including forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfilmentCoordinate and maintain article forecasts using customer information and order book dataSchedule fittings and deliveries, ensuring timely invoicing aligned with service provider deliveriesWork closely with Supply Chain Operations Managers, Account Managers, and customers to

optimize distribution costsIdentify and communicate

sales opportunities

into the forecasting processManage manual replenishment orders on a weekly basis and follow up on inbound deliveriesMonitor product availability, especially for key SKUs, in collaboration with the Supply Chain PlannerOversee

product lifecycle management : phase-in/phase-out of SKUs and clearing obsolete or quarantined stockTake ownership of any issues related to supply, order management, and customer forecastingSkills and Experience
