Supply Chain PlannerWe are currently partnering with a fast-paced and growing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain planner. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment process across a designated supplier category, ensuring supplier data is accurately maintained and operational processes run smoothly across internal systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of fulfilment activities for an assigned supplier category, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processesProvide key documentation and information to support inbound purchase orders, including: Import clearance coordinationManagement of manufacturing order tolerancesSupporting supplier payments in line with agreed termsPlan, schedule and coordinate inbound container shipments with suppliers and 3PL warehouse partnersForecast replenishment requirements for 3PL locations based on historical demand trends and upcoming business activityGenerate reporting and trend analysis to support inventory planning and operational decision-makingRaise and manage purchase orders in line with departmental targets and system-driven requirementsEnsure timely supplier acknowledgement of purchase orders, challenging discrepancies and escalating issues where requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date records across business systems, communicating any changes to relevant stakeholdersMonitor purchase order progress and proactively expedite deliveries to maintain high service levelsManage supplier non-conformance ..... full job details .....
