Supply Chain Planner (Fixed-Term Contract - 7 Months) Location: Letchworth Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (7 Months) The Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with up to 1-2 years'' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field who is looking to develop a career in supply chain planning. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will receive full training on our systems, processes, and planning methodologies. Using NetSuite ERP, advanced Excel tools, and data-driven insights, you will support demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain performance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Support the development of demand forecasts and supply plans. Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning. Maintain planning data within NetSuite, including reorder points, lead times, and stock parameters. Assist with resolving MRP planning exceptions and inventory issues. Analyse inventory performance, identifying slow-moving and excess stock. Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Project teams to support business requirements. Monitor supplier performance and support the management of material shortages. Produce planning reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
