Supply Chain Planner

Supply Chain Planner We are currently partnering with a fast-paced and growing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain planner. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment process across a designated supplier category, ensuring supplier data is accurately maintained and operational processes run smoothly across internal systems. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of fulfilment activities for an assigned supplier category, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes Provide key documentation and information to support inbound purchase orders, including: Import clearance coordination Management of manufacturing order tolerances Supporting supplier payments in line with agreed terms Plan, schedule and coordinate inbound container shipments with suppliers and 3PL warehouse partners Forecast replenishment requirements for 3PL locations based on historical demand trends and upcoming business activity Generate reporting and trend analysis to support inventory planning and operational decision-making Raise and manage purchase orders in line with departmental targets and system-driven requirements Ensure timely supplier acknowledgement of purchase orders, challenging discrepancies and escalating issues where required Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across business systems, communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders Monitor purchase order progress and proactively expedite deliveries to maintain high service levels Manage supplier ..... full job details .....
