Why You''ll Love It Here:Flexible - Working hours: 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 Monday to FridaySalary - 38,000 to 40,000 per annumBenefits - Company pension, Free parking, 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app,Holidays - 25 days annual leave + Public Bank HolidaysWhat You''ll Do:Create and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans to meet customer demand and business needs.Balance demand requirements with manufacturing capacity, labour availability, and material constraints.Manage planning alerts and exceptions, including projected shortages, capacity constraints, excess inventory, and service risks.Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) to optimize the use of manufacturing resources.Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover, and stock-at-risk positions while contributing to inventory and working capital performance.Partner with Material Planning to address component shortages and enable effective execution of production plans.Coordinate supply recovery and mitigation activities in response to supply disruptions and operational constraints.Contribute to monthly Supply Reviews and Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) processes through scenario planning and risk assessment.Promote production plan adherence and identify opportunities to improve schedule stability and ..... full job details .....
