Supply Chain Performance Controller

Our client has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Business Controller to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with possible extension. The position will be a great opportunity to gain personal visibility and grow a wider understanding of logistics and supply management in an international environment.Role: Supply Chain Business Controller Location: Broughton, Flintshire. 80% onsite Hours: 35 per week Hourly Rate: 29.00 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS required before startingWhat you''ll be doing:Prepare OP (Operational Planning) for Supply Chain Operations (PIO) in close cooperation with Central FinanceFollow up with local Operational teams the budget and resource process and provide overview to HO Supply Chain Operations (PIO)Lead the Supply Chain Operations (PIO) resource manager network in close cooperation with HR and FinanceProvide analysis and decision papers on resource strategy (demography, attrition, diversity, ) for Supply Chain Operations scope ( ca. 1200 employees)Work on make / buy strategy and competitiveness projects for Supply Chain Operations across all sitesRequirements:Experience working in a large company in a similar roleHas the ability to navigate and communicate within complex stakeholder mapsExperience improving processes within the Supply Chain functionExperience improving financial tracking and reportingIs Excel/Google Sheet proficient.
