Supply Chain Optimisation Manager

A Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer at their Wellingborough site.

The successful Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimising ERP systems, reducing lead times and increasing warehouse efficiency at their Wellingborough facility.

The Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager will be proficient with ERP systems within a Manufacturing environment, ideally in a role that focuses on supply chain / data management.

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager-Package:

• Up to -60,000 basic salary
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager-Responsibilities:

• Drive the move towards automated ordering and replenishment processes, cutting lead times and minimising staff intervention.
• Oversee the integrity of ERP data, ensuring consistency and reliability across all departments.
• Roll out Microsoft 365 across the UK operations, embedding best practice in everyday workflows.
• Deliver analysis of sales, stock, and production data, turning numbers into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
• Review current processes and introduce smarter ways of working across supply chain, logistics, and stock management.
• Manage and mentor a small team, developing capability in data management and supply chain best practice.

Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager-Requirements:

• Live within a commutable distance to the Wellingborough site.
• Proficiency with ERP systems in a manufacturing / distribution environment
• Strong in data analytics and data management
