Your new companyA leading organisation is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional to join its Supply Chain Support team on a fixed-term basis. The team plays a central role in managing a wide range of inventory, logistics and reverse supply chain activities, supporting customer-facing functions and working closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, product and partnership teams.Operating within a fast-paced environment, the team is responsible for handling customer queries, processing orders and returns, managing stock movements and supporting the efficient flow of products throughout the supply chain. The focus is on delivering excellent service, recovering assets, reducing financial risk and maintaining a positive customer experience.Your new roleAs a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day management of supply chain and logistics processes, ensuring high standards of service, accuracy and compliance are maintained at all times. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer and operational enquiries relating to stock management, returns, deliveries and order processing.Your role will involve managing return stock activities, resolving delivery issues, supporting courier claims, processing equipment charges and investigating stock and order discrepancies.
