Your new role As part of a multifunctional operations team, you will support a variety of supply chain and logistics processes, ensuring customers receive an excellent service while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Managing customer and stakeholder enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, returns and stock movements. Processing customer returns, exchanges and inventory transactions. Investigating delivery issues, lost or missing shipments and courier claims.
