This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of our operation, ensuring materials are accurately received, processed, and delivered to production on time. Working Hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 4.30am What You''ll Be Doing Receiving and processing customer orders in a timely manner Communicating pricing, delivery dates, and confirmations Preparing pick tickets and dispatch documents on time Coordinating with production and warehouse teams Ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation Supporting stock availability so production can meet demand What We''re Looking For Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or shipping administration Background working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment Knowledge of export/import processes, customs regulations, and tariffs Experience with stock control, inventory management, and warehouse processes Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation Good understanding of health and safety standards within a ..... full job details .....
