There aren t many opportunities that offer a clear pathway into senior supply chain leadership.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the Warehouse and Customer Service functions, with a clear progression plan to take on Planning and Logistics, ultimately succeeding the Head of Supply Chain.With no natural internal successor, you will work closely as the right-hand person to the Head of Supply Chain, gaining exposure, mentorship, and development to position you as a future leader within the business.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role within the food manufacturing industry, with several exciting projects on the horizon. A recent system implementation has already taken place, with further automation planned across manufacturing and warehousing - offering the opportunity to play a key role in driving these initiatives.The role will evolve in stages. Initially, your focus will be on: Developing and strengthening the warehouse team, building autonomy within key individuals, and driving cross-training, while identifying and implementing process improvements.Leading the customer service function, supporting the team in transitioning to a more modern, system-driven way of working.
