You’ll lead and develop the Materials Planning and Warehouse Operations team at our Hull site, driving both short- and long-term improvement initiatives.Work closely with suppliers, procurement, global supply planning and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless material management and delivery processes.You’ll own the planning process, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver achievable production schedules, and continuously improve inventory management and cost to serve.Resolve material delivery issues and develop your team through performance management and capability building.Qualifications
Proven experience in supply chain, materials and planning managementDemonstrated people leadership in a manufacturing environmentExperience with Lean or OPEX implementation programmesA data-driven mindset, resilience and the ability to lead teams through changeWhat we offer
