Supply Chain and Operations ManagerSalary: £50,000 - £60,000We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain and Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end operational performance across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.Lead and manage change, driving continuous improvement across operations.Provide clear direction and inspire teams to work collaboratively towards shared objectives.Develop agile, cross-functional teams that are accountable, adaptable, and customer-focused.Oversee resource planning to align capacity with fluctuating workloads and business demands.Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to operational standards and systems.Supply Chain and PlanningOversee production and repair scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.Align schedules with capacity, materials availability, and customer priorities.Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials from internal and external suppliers.Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with demand forecasts and business targets.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.Logistics and Inventory ManagementLead all logistics operations, including inbound, internal, and outbound flows.Ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished ..... full job details .....
