With growth plans to scale their £100m turnover business to over £200m over the next 5 years, the Supply Chain Manager will lead and manage the purchasing function for the business unit, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials, components, finished goods, and indirect to support customer demand and manufacturing operations. This Supply Chain Manager role would perfectly suit a purchasing professional who enjoys navigating between the day to day hands on supply negations and supporting your Purchasing Executive, with more strategic supply chain duties like, relationships with supplier around quality, service and innovation; identifying, evaluating and implementing new sourcing opportunities You will also be able to work collaboratively across operations, planning, engineering and quality representing Supply Chain and Purchasing.
