Supply Chain Manager - Sub ContractorsLocation: LutonSalary: 45K - 60K + BenefitsWe are working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager to build and manage a reliable network of subcontractors supporting our reactive maintenance, planned works, voids, disrepair and specialist workstreams.You''ll take ownership of sourcing subcontractors, onboarding them and managing ongoing compliance, ensuring the right suppliers are approved, fully documented and ready to deliver work across the business.Supply Chain Manager ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit subcontractors by trade, location and capacityManage the full onboarding and approval processMaintain the approved subcontractor registerMonitor insurance, qualifications, accreditations and other compliance documentationTrack expiry dates and proactively manage renewals and outstanding requirementsWork closely with Operations, HSEQ, Commercial and Finance to secure approvalsMonitor subcontractor quality, reliability, safety and overall performanceMaintain supplier scorecards and support performance reviewsIdentify supply chain gaps and build additional subcontractor capacitySupport new contract mobilisations and client auditsImprove onboarding and compliance processes to reduce delaysSupply Chain Manager ExperienceYou''ll have previous experience in construction or property maintenance supply chains, with a strong track record of sourcing and onboarding subcontractors and maintaining accurate ..... full job details .....
