Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations - from vendor management and inventory control to production support and logistics. This role ensures the seamless flow of materials and products, with a strong focus on quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. You''ll play a key role in developing systems and improving processes using Lean and data-driven approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain and Vendor ManagementManage and monitor all Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure material availability meets production and customer delivery schedules.Select, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships, focusing on on-time delivery (OTD), lead times, cost, and product quality.Monitor vendor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to drive improvements in reliability and accuracy.Ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).Inventory and Materials ManagementOversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and high stock turn rates.Manage inventory planning using Min/Max, Kanban, and Just-in-Time (JIT) systems.Ensure accurate material picking, packing, and storage using FIFO/FEFO methods.Lead regular cycle counts and full stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.Production and Logistics SupportWork closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow to the production line.Develop and maintain materials scheduling tools ..... full job details .....
