Supply Chain Manager - FMCG Location: West ByfleetSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 Loom Talent are working exclusively with a growing FMCG / Retail business to appoint a Supply Chain Manager - FMCG into a highly visible role within the organisation. This is a broad, hands-on supply chain position covering planning, purchasing, inventory, imports, logistics, warehousing and customer fulfilment. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in improving product availability, service levels and supply chain performance. The Role As Supply Chain Manager - FMCG you''ll take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, balancing customer demand, stock availability and working capital while ensuring products move efficiently from international suppliers through to customers. Key areas of responsibility include: Demand, supply and inventory planning across multiple product ranges and channels Managing stock availability, stock turns, excess inventory and supply risks Supplier management, purchasing and expediting International logistics, freight, imports, customs and landed costs Managing third-party warehouses and logistics partners Driving strong OTIF and customer fulfilment performance across B2B and B2C Supporting new product introductions and product transitions Analysing supply chain data, KPIs and performance to identify improvements Developing and improving processes, systems and reporting Leading and developing a small supply chain team Working closely with ..... full job details .....
