Supply Chain Manager Location: Glasgow / Central Belt Sector: Civil Engineering Infrastructure MEICA Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 Or 450 - 500 per day (Inside IR35)Type: Permanent or FreelanceWe''re working with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Supply Chain Manager to support a major infrastructure and construction project in Central Scotland.This role will play a key part in managing subcontract and materials procurement activities, ensuring supply chain performance, commercial efficiency and successful project delivery across complex infrastructure schemes.The RoleAs Supply Chain Manager, you will take responsibility for end-to-end subcontract procurement, supplier performance and supply chain strategy across live projects.Working closely with commercial, procurement and project delivery teams, you will ensure materials and subcontract packages are delivered on time, within budget and in line with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement and Supply Chain ManagementManage end-to-end subcontract procurement processes, including high-value and complex packagesDevelop procurement strategies to support project delivery and commercial objectivesEnsure timely and cost-effective procurement of works, materials and servicesSupport contract negotiations and subcontract package managementSupplier and Vendor ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and vendorsMonitor supplier performance and address any delivery or ..... full job details .....
