As a key member of the leadership team, you''ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain, from raw material management to final product delivery. You''ll lead a team focused on optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring a seamless flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies to support business growth and improve performance.
- Navigate complex international logistics, customs regulations, and trade agreements. Strong proficiency in import and export documentation and procedures is essential.
- Foster and manage relationships with a global network of suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Manage inventory levels and optimise logistics to meet production demands and customer expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing supply chain team.
- Proven track record as a Supply Chain Manager within the food manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in import and export processes is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
