Responsibilities
Leading a small team of admin staff, managing workflow and performance
Handling queries and escalations across departments and sales teams
Overseeing order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
Working closely with couriers and managing complex customer orders
Supporting export processes and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements
Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or order processing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing people and coaching team members
High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
Export knowledge is a big plus
