The role combines purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management and data analysis to support customer demand and production requirements. The position identifies purchasing requirements, monitors supplier performance, manages supply risks and provides insight to support effective operational decision-making. Working closely with suppliers and internal departments, the role helps improve supply chain performance, maintain service levels and ensure the supply chain department supports the wider business needs.
