Your New Role Manage and oversee customs declarations, either through direct completion or by coordinating and controlling third-party customs agents. Ensure customs entries are completed accurately and in line with legislative and business requirements, supporting compliant movement of goods. Own and maintain customs-related master data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and fit for operational and compliance purposes. Monitor customs performance and proactively resolve issues that could impact product availability, supply chain continuity, or service levels.
