A well-established and highly respected manufacturing business is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in a hands-on, varied role that sits at the heart of operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and being actively involved with production, warehousing and wider operational teams.The RoleThe business is seeking an individual with strong end-to-end supply chain experience gained within a manufacturing environment, ideally within a smaller or medium-sized organisation where exposure to the full supply chain lifecycle has been part of the role.There is also a genuine long-term opportunity for progression, with the current Supply Chain Manager openly considering retirement within the next three years, creating a clear succession opportunity for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating day-to-day supply chain activities to ensure continuity of materials and operational efficiencyWorking closely with Production and Warehouse teams to support material availability and resolve supply-related challengesBuilding strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support informed operational decision-makingSupporting purchasing, inventory control, supplier coordination and supply planning activitiesMonitoring stock levels and helping maintain optimum inventory to support customer and production demandsLiaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service ..... full job details .....
